If you still have questions or comments, please send us an email. Be sure your email includes a valid return address, and be sure to remove any anti-spamming options from your return address. We try to always quickly respond to questions submitted at the support email address in the order they are received. Normally, we answer within few hours, and registered users have first priority. Our staff is available to answer your queries during regular working hours 6 days a week.
When Contacting Technical Support
In order for us to serve you properly, please have the following information available when you contact our support team.
Name, Company, Contact information.
Product serial number or your order number to verify support eligibility.
Product name, version and sub-version.
Operating system, Network system.
A detailed description of the problem. You should be able to help us reproduce the problem if necessary.
